The self-catering apartments at Nautica consists of two 2-bedroom apartments each sleeping 4, situated on the same premises. Both apartments have stunning views and is fully equipped to make your stay a pleasure. The kitchen has a oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, crockery, etc. There is also a television with M-Net and one apartment has a pre-paid telephone. Both apartments have a queen size bed in the main bedroom (with sea view) and two single beds in the second bedroom. Two bathrooms makes life easier if 4 people share. All bedding and bath towels are provided. There is a lock-up garage, laundry and swimming pool as well as palisade fencing with electronic gate on the premises. The furnished apartments are ideal for holiday makers as well as business executives as Bloubergstrand is very centrally situated. Escape from your busy life and wind down by taking a walk along the wide stretch of sandy beach. This a very active community, walking and jogging or cycling along the promenade. Bloubergstrand has many restaurants, pubs, clubs, coffee shops and two large shopping malls. It is a 20 minute drive to Cape Town and the Waterfront. The airport is also about 20 minutes drive away. There are also two golf courses - Milnerton and Atlantic Beach - in the area.
