Dennehof's historic coach-house, The Wagon Shed, is our most romantic and luxurious suite - a sensuous fusion of Afro-Karoo style with crisp white linens and drifts of cool muslin offset against natural clay walls and yellowwood beams. The Patio Room: This elegant room for two has a unique en-suite Victorian Bathroom. Laze on the patio to watch the birds and breathe in tranquillity. A large private patio overlooks a young olive orchard set in stone-packed terraces and a koppie with resident owls and raptors. Swim in the rustic farm dam or laze in the tranquil garden with its indigenous plants, herbs, fruit trees, braai area with "bakoond" and a traditional Karoo windmill. Hire a bicycle for the day (R50) and ride into the village or out to the Swartberg Pass. Dennehof guests may do their own catering or enjoy meals at several excellent local restaurants.
