Description:
Clarens a village lost in time, with its old world charm, peace and and timeless beauty. Set in the foot hills of the Maloti Mountains and located south of Johannesburg, via the N3 west on the N5 and south on th R711.

St Fort is a restored sandstone homestead built prior to the first world war.

The ambience and furnishings of five guest bedrooms are in keeping with the age of the homestead.

The rooms have ceiling fans, electric blankets, coffee and tea trays. The guest lounge has satellite TV and a log fire for those cool winter evenings.
Large country breakfasts are served.

There are farmyard animals to delight the children.

For the keen fisherman, the nearby dam and river are stocked with rainbow and brown trout.

There are restaurants, pubs, craft and art galleries in the village. 4 x 4 trails. Self-catering option.

Price Info:

Bed and Breakfast: 
R240 to R270 per person per night, depending on the room size. 

Self Catering:
R190 to R220 per person per night, depending on the room size.
