Description: Fully booked for December, 2008 This haven of tranquillity lies in the heart of the prestigious, leafy suburb of Bonnie Doon in East London, just 10 minutes drive from the centre of the city and only 5 minutes from the beach. We have two lovely thatched cottages at the bottom of our garden, containing three units decorated in distinctly different styles. There is the Safari room with its distinctly African decor, (as pictured in the Portfolio Bed and Breakfast Collection), and the Colonial room, decorated in colonial style, with an old fashioned ball and claw bath to relax in. At the other end of the pool is the original Rondavel, also with an African feel to the decor. The Hadedah Suite is a self-catering unit which has a small kitchenette and a sleeper couch, ideally suited to a small family. Our latest addition is a luxury Colonial Room which has a king size bed, bath big enough for two and ceiling fan. All our rooms are en suite with either a shower or bath and shower. They also all have Satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fridges with refreshments, irons, fans and/or heaters. All rooms have private entrances and their own patios or decks. New Colonial Room (luxury Out of Africa room with en suite bath and shower). Safari Room (a spacious room under thatch with a deck tucked into the trees.) En suite shower only.
