Set on a smallholding with beautiful views over the valley and forested mountain slopes with the feeling of country life, but only 30 minutes drive from the centre of Cape Town and the well known V&A Waterfront.

Hout Bay village nearby has many lovely restaurants, shops, boat cruises and sandy beaches.

For recreation there are mountain bikes, BBQ/Braai and jungle gym in the garden. Regret no pets.
