Description: La Gratitude offers self-catering accommodation close to the beach, with beautiful views and tranquil gardens. La Gratitude offers owner run, self-catering accommodation at 10 Sedgemoor Road (Suites 1,2 and 3) and 12 Sedgemoor Road (Suite 4). We are situated in the Camps Bay Glen, a minute's walk from the beautiful, white, palm-lined beach, near to all amenities and have beautiful sunset- and Table Mountain views. Our lush green gardens, with two swimming pools and a barbeque area, are cool and quiet after a hot day on the beach. The beachfront promenade, with breakfast spots, trendy cocktail bars and excellent restaurants, is a couple of meters down the hill from us. 10 Sedgemoor Road, comprises of 3 apartments (Suites 1, 2 and 3), each with its own bedroom, breakfast kitchen, living area and private outside patio. "Suites 1 and 2" are situated on the upper level and can be used as inter-leading apartments, accommodating 4 guests; while "Suite 3" is downstairs and opens onto the tranquil garden with a lovely Italian style pool. Suite 1 (sleeps two) has a lush, private courtyard with an outside table and chairs, a large living room, with a breakfast kitchen and a bedroom with twin beds. Suite 2 (sleeps two) has a big private terrace with sunbathing lounges and a six seater table overlooking the garden and pool, with stunning views of Table Mountain. The bedroom with a queen size bed leads onto the sunny terrace, as does the fully equipped kitchen. Suite 3 (sleeps 3) is on the pool level, with a private outside breakfast nook and has a spacious kitchen equipped for four. A big living area leads onto a double bedroom on an upper level, with an extra single bed on the lower level. 12 Sedgemoor Road (Suite 4) sleeps 2 and is a completely independent, self-catering apartment attached to the owners' residence. There is separate access and a large private pebbled courtyard with a fountain and use of the second pool and barbeque area. All four spacious apartments are fully appointed and furnished with attention to detail. There is off street parking for two vehicles. We have satellite TV, CD players, tape decks, hairdryers and irons throughout. There is also telephone access, if arranged in advance. We do unfortunately not allow pets and smoking is only permitted out-side. The apartments are serviced once a week and towels are changed every two days. A daily laundry service is available too and your hosts are on the premises to assist with any travel arrangements or info you might need.
