Winston Churchill was a frequent visitor to this site which was the headquarters of General Buller during the Ladysmith campaign. Warm hospitality awaits you at the original Spearmans farmhouse, the setting being a beautifully tranquil, splendidly restored homestead. An excellent selection of books are to be found in the library as well as a sparkling pool, a bistro and cosy pub all ensuring a memorable stay.
